Tom is the man!!! long story short my car broke down a few weeks ago, my buddy told me about this shop so I gave Tom auto a call and he answered right away and willing to help me. He took care the car and had it up and running in the next day. Great shop, great customer service. Looking for a shop Tom’s Auto is the way to go. Will be using them for here on out

Tom saved our “Girls vacation”! My best friend’s SUV needed the alternator replaced. Not only did Tom do this for us at last minute notice on the weekend, he worked late into the night to complete the job. He is incredibly kind and professional. We are truly thankful for Tom, he is the type of mechanic you always wish you can find. I can’t say enough thank you’s❣️

5 stars just aren’t enough!! Tom is terrific! While on vacation in Ocean City from Richmond, I had a serious mishap with my Kia Soul where I damaged my oil pan and oil plug and cracked my oil pump. I called around to a lot of mechanic shops for an emergency diagnostic but couldn’t get an appointment. My last call was to Tom’s Auto and he took me right away. Not only was he able to diagnose the problem but, understanding my plight as an out-of-town vacationer, he worked late in order to get my car done by the next afternoon. I’m so glad I found Tom. He’s the type of mechanic I wish I had back home. Honest, hardworking, and fair!

If you ever break down on vacation and you need to get home quick. This is the place I would go. I called 6 auto repairs in the area, they either would not help me, would not pick up the phone or were too busy. Tom helped me immediately, fast and I think he genuinely showed concern. Fixed my jeep right up! Thank you!! We would have been doomed if not for his help!

I was in Ocean City on vacation with my Fiancée when our car experienced an issue with our rotors and brakes, producing a loud scraping sound when driving. Called around, and Tom's Auto was the only shop in the region willing to diagnose the problem over the weekend. He diagnosed the problem on a Sunday, ordered the parts, and fixed the issue early Monday morning. The pricing was very fair, I definitely was not taken advantage of because I was from out of town. Tom is an excellent communicator, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. His excellent service was the only reason I was able to have some peace of mind and enjoy my vacation despite our car issues. Could not recommend Tom's Auto more highly. It can be difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic especially as a woman going to a shop alone. I went into Tom's for a vehicle inspection after a recommendation from a family friend. He fit me in the next day, was very honest with me, and told me the car was in perfect shape for the inspection. If I do ever need to get any maintenance done I'll return in a heartbeat. I definitely recommended!
