Same story, different customer. We were on a 3 week road trip and 1 week in it felt like something was wrong with the brakes. Because we’d be staying in the area for our last week, I found this spot which was walking distance to where we were staying and called a few days before we arrived to get an appointment. We chose Tom’s because of all the amazing reviews. It ended up being a bigger job than he initially expected with the last set of rotors being installed incorrectly and needing to be cut out. He sent pictures and called to explain the issues, very communicative. His price was very fair and he did an excellent job also guaranteeing the parts for life. He’s also the nicest person to deal with. I’d highly recommend.

I had an issue with my car while on vacation down in Maryland. I contacted Tom's Auto, but they were too busy to fit me in until it was the day I was leaving. Knowing that, I was advised of other good shops to use in the area, as well as ones to avoid. I ended up at one of the recommended shops, and I was very happy with the results. I wanted to commend this shop for their openness, their guidance, and overall great character.

I cannot give a higher rating or I would. The responsiveness, ease of scheduling, friendly professionalism, straightforward communication, HONEST diagnostics and service, fair pricing…. one of the best services of any type that I’ve had in a long time.

Fastest turn around I have ever experienced for my car repair. My vehicle was diagnosed the same day it arrived with the parts ordered that day. My car was repaired the same day the part arrived! You will not experience that at any dealerships. Great customer service was displayed. Tom is very professional and courteous.
